We confirm the final price before loading. If the items or conditions change, we agree on any price adjustment before additional work.

Your quote identifies the agreed work and applicable hauling, disposal and travel charges. Any minimum charge is stated before you book. If items, access or job conditions change, we discuss any price change and get your agreement before doing additional work.
Items and preparation
We confirm item acceptance and preparation before booking. Appliance pickup does not automatically include disconnecting gas, water or electrical connections. Tell us about paint, chemicals, batteries, fuel, sharp objects or other materials needing special handling before booking. Do not include them in an ordinary pickup unless we have specifically confirmed acceptance.
Access and cleanup
Arrange authorized access, identify what should be removed and clearly separate what stays. Tell us about stairs, elevators, narrow doors and parking restrictions. The quote covers the agreed removal. Sweeping or other cleaning is included only when listed in the quote.
Scheduling and payment
Hauling is available 24/7 by arrangement. We confirm the pickup window when booking. We accept cash, check, Zelle or card. Payment is due when the job is complete.
